What others are asking about the SEE CANNON

Q: What does "lux" mean and why do you use it to talk about night vision equipment?
A: Lux is a measurement of light intensity. A camera’s Lux rating refers to the minimum amount of light that it needs to reproduce an image. All night vision cameras are rated by their lux capability.

Q: What is the lux rating for the SEE CANNON camera?
A: The camera is rated at 0.00003 of a lux.

Q: What does Ultra-Low Lux mean?
A: Ultra Low Lux Technology is sometimes referred to as a “starlight camera”. An ultra low lux camera has the capability to operate in extreme low-light conditions down to 0.00003 lux – or overcast starlight.

Q: How much light is required for the SEE CANNON low light night vision camera to work?
A: Some light is required for the camera to render an image. On a moonless night, any ambient light such as running lights, shore lights, or even moon and star light, can render high quality video images.

A: IP66 means the camera is sealed and totally protected against dust, and strong jets of water, but it is not waterproof if submerged.

A: 1.5 to 2 Km [1600 yards to 2000 yards] The camera can normally see to the horizon.
